Men wearing a wedding ring in a factory?
My husaband lost his wedding ring today (it was in his pocket) because he was working at a factory working on a line. he is a mechanical engineer and is usually behind a desk....Is this true that workers can not wear a wedding ring if they work in a factory??
I work in a mine, and well, jewellery is not permitted in the workshop where they work on all the mining equipment. However, in the office part where I work, all the engineers still wear their rings.
It's understandable if your husband removed his ring and placed it in his pocket if he was doing a factory inspection. It can actually be quite dangerous. My boss had his ring finger on his right hand torn off many years ago as his ring got caught as he was jumping off a machine..!
