Movement Not

Does the movement of any object or particle create a ripple effect throghout the entire universe?

For example, If I move my pinky finger up and down will this movement cause the entire universe to change in a sense from if I hadn't moved it at all? I'm obviously not talking about large visible changes.

Yes. Everything changes its form, nothing is wasted.
