Instruments Set

what is the proper order of the instruments to be set up by our band during live gigs?

we have a drummer, 2 guitarists and a bassist and a vocalist.
and some tips in playing live please

drums are almost always set up first guitars and bass have amps on stage to plug into, vocalist carries mike on

tips- be stupid, dont play crappy
have a good band
