Clock Repair

PC problem with Vista. Go off line often,start up repair often,clock loses time often,I done system restore - ?

no joy. What am I doing wrong? Is it my pc or my broadband talk talk - any help appreciated.Don't seem to have any luck on helpline.

If it is a PC or a Laptop your CMOS battery is in need of replacement if it keeps losing time.
This may just fix your reset problem online as well, if the CMOS battery is very low then the BIOS will lose the required data it stores for the various devices on the motherboard, Windows may see this as the device is unavailable and reset it.
You may want to check for Malware as several of these nasties can limit web access, try this one.
