Clock Moving

A part of the inside of my watch (face of the clock) has come loose and is moving about, can this be fixed?

All the time I move my wrist, this little piece just keeps floating about and sometimes gets stuck on the second hand, which then stops it from moving unless I can get it off by shaking the watch. So it's very annoying. It was a present from abroad and arrived like this a few days ago, so would like to get it fixed if possible by a repairs/watchmaker.
