Clock Case

I inherited a grandfather or tall case clock - see more?

and the name on the face of it is very hard to read. It looks like it says F B Dan Seiver & Co. Then it says it was overhauled by John Fish & Sons in 1946. It has weights, and a dial that shows the moon and sun. It no longer 'gongs' but I dont know anything else about it. Anyone out there have any idea the age or the value of it? It is from Philadelphia, PA. thanx!
