I try not to wear them too much, but I've recently lost a bit of weight and my pants don't stay up! I'm wanting to buy a new belt, but how do I know I wont get this rash from it?

What could be causing the rash?

I only get a rash from my Billabong watch not my Nixon watch and they both have metal in them.

Any ideas?
Just at the front by the buckle, not the whole way around and the inside on my wrist.
